  Head office of the Sharif Human Welfare Society Trust shall be situated at House No.9 Street No.1/A Mohri Ghazan ,Dhamail Road, Dhamial Camp, Rawalpindi, Pakistan,. However, the settlers of the Trust may transfer the Head Office by means of unanimous decision to be adopted in the Board meeting (BOT) and any branch office wherever the settlers/board decides in future regarding the implementation of objectives of the Trust. 
2- THE OBJECTS OF SAID TRUST
a. To help the poor humanity / mankind, Relief of poverty and suffering of persons who are in condition of need hardship and distress. To provide them best education, food, clothing, medicines, shelters and materials of all kinds including moral boasting for the mental health and also the ethical knowledge for the concepts of better and organized life. 
b. To establish, manage, maintain, own, administer, promote and subsidize educational institutions, technical and vocational institutes, computer literacy centers, schools, colleges, universities, institutions for study and research, centers of learning, reading rooms, libraries, and other institutions for basic education, adult literacy, advanced studies and other educational with the prior approval of the concerned authorities and necessary permissions, licenses, affiliations from the boards or the universities or the other authorities relevant to the implementation of the, program.
c. To provide scholarships to students and grant aid including supply of books, stipends, medals, prizes, grants, awards, medicines, educational career support and other incentives for purposes of advancement of knowledge, education, literacy and research. 
d. To maintain orphans, widows, disabled, prisoners, refugees and other handicapped or distressed persons 01 any country and contribute to relief activities for those in distress in any part of the country. 
e. To establish old houses for poor and shelter less people. 
f. To provide free legal aids for poor and those who cannot afford expenses to get justice. g. To make available key knowledge tools such as:- 
(i) a well equipped library;
(ii) database and electronic connectivity; and 
(iii) website for research publications and interaction. 
h. To aid, assist, setup, maintain, administer and run hospitals, nursing homes, maternity centers, mother and child care centers, clinics, dispensaries, immunization and vaccination centre and places of medical aid, convalescent homes, family planning centers, X-ray clinics, radio therapy centre, pathological and clinical 
laboratories, blood banks, eye banks or other centre connected with the care of the human body, both in urban and rural areas. 
i. To work for development of human resources, promotion of social and economic well being of the masses, improvement of social status, social mobilization for prosperous society, and elimination of gender discrimination particularly in the rural areas of Pakistan. 
j. To provide houses and shelter facilities to the destitute and under privilege people. 
k. To aid, assist, set up, maintain, administer and run Orphan Houses for the Orphans. 
I. To provide free food and clothing to the needy and destitute segment of society. 
m. To print and publish periodicals, brochure, books or leaflets in furtherance of the objectives of the trust.
n. To print, publish and distribute books / pamphlets free of cost for the benefit of the public at large.
